Elaboration of our Cuvée Réservée :
The Cuvée Réservée Brut Grand Cru is the refined version of our blend (70 % Pinot Noir and 30 % Chardonnay) : it enjoyed a longer stay on the lees in our cellar (5 to 6 years), providing exceptional balance and aromas expression. Dosage at disgorging 6.4 g/l of sugar.
Tasting notes :
Beautiful sandy colour with shines of bright straw. Expressive and engaging nose. Our Cuvée Réservée offers an original bouquet of sweet spices, dried fruits and brioche. On the palate, it is a frank, smooth and creamy Cuvée, that highlights the aromas of dried fruits (almond, hazelnut). The final is vinous with enveloping persistence, refreshing, evoking walnut taste.
This Champagne is ideal for a toast or gourmet meal.
