Elaboration of our Cuvée Brut Grand Cru :
Our Cuvée Brut Grand Cru is the classical version of our signature, made of a blend of 70% of Pinot Noir and 30 % of Chardonnay. 4 years of ageing on the lees. Manual riddling. Dosage at disgorging : 7.2 g/l of sugar.
Tasting notes :
Yellow gold and brilliant colour. Fine and delicate aromas of fruits (peach, apricot), nuts and almonds. On the palate, our Cuvée Brut is smooth, fresh and well-balanced with a long finish.
It is the Champagne for any moment, ideal for the aperitif.
It is available in bottle (0.75), magnum (1.5) and half-bottle (0.375).
